WP Nº1 - Management
A quality and evaluation plan will guide the project’s internal quality control, led by KAYROS, which will oversee standards, monitor progress, and assess partner and stakeholder satisfaction. The coordinator ensures project goals and timelines are met.
Each partner has a defined role: VIMODO will handle sustainability, CAKOVEC will manage dissemination and social media, and CKZ will oversee documentation and monitor progress. A Steering Committee will guide decisions, and regular meetings will ensure coordination. Feedback from stakeholders will be collected to evaluate both tangible and intangible outcomes.
